AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) received the top 60 achievers in Tawjihi, the General Secondary Education Certificate examination, briefed them on its academic programs and awarded them with TAGITOP devices.  

Dr. Mohammad Al Omari, TAGUCI vice dean, welcomed the the students and commended their exceptional efforts and excellence in their Tawjihi examination; in addition he awarded each one of them a TAGITOP device. 

TAGITOP is the first laptop produced with an Arab design and with Arab investment, in an effort to increase the level of computer literacy in the Arab region. The high quality laptop was produced as an initiative by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) to provide the Arab World with the best quality laptop technology. 

Meanwhile, Ms. Randa Khouri, TAGUCI Development manager, organized a field visit to TAGUCI facilities followed by a presentation on the various academic programs and scholarships.

Khouri stated that TAGUCI is a university college specialized in applied business and information technology with a special focus on innovation and creativity to provide youth with the required leadership skills in the world of IT and to empower its graduates to innovate and create knowledge.

It is worth mentioning that HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh has recently announced seventy-five 75% scholarships at TAGUCI for the excelling students in the Secondary Education Certificate.

Additionally, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh previously offered scholarships at TAGUCI, consisting of a full scholarship (100%) granted to refugees in Syrian and Palestinian camps in Jordan and Lebanon, and 50% scholarship to students who meet MBA requirements from Jordan and other Arab countries.
